I have been studying yoga and energy healing for many years. I have attended numerous trainings and workshops in yoga and vibrational healing.
My love of yoga, subtle energy, and vibration has enhanced my life in so many ways. I am now delighted to share some of these techniques to encourage others to find their own healing path.
Yoga is my first love. I was first introduced as a teenager and was hooked. As my experience with meditation, mudras and mantras expanded, the Universe introduced me to Reiki. Always exploring different modalities of energy healing for myself, I became interested in the healing properties of crystals and stones.
I earned my 200 hour yoga teaching certificate in 2003 from Shambhava Yoga. I then continued my studies with Joseph and Lilian LePage and in 2008 earned my 500 hour Yoga Therapist Certification.
Reiki found me. Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that also promotes healing. I was attuned as a Reiki Practioner in 2003. In 2016 I earned my Holy Fire II/Usui Reiki Master Degree. I have since upgraded to Holy Fire III.
I've always been a rock hound. My house is filled with rocks I've found all over the place. It didn't take long to notice the energy in the house feels really good with all these stones around. The healing properties of crystals and stones has to do with physics. Everything is energy and vibration. Each stone has a specific vibration and they are pretty good at holding that vibration. We, on the other hand, are always changing. By wearing or placing stones on or near the body, we entrain to the vibration of that stone. They are a wonderful tool to help bring us into balance.
In 2018 I became a Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healer.
I offer private sessions that include Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Sound, Essential Oils, and the tools of Yoga to help bring you into a state of deep relaxation and balance. From this relaxed state, your body/mind is open and receptive to making changes. You then are able to open to your own healing.
